COOKING WITHOUT PRESERVATIVES

 


Preservative-free products contain no artificial ingredients, and are healthier for human consumption.  Eating a preservative-free, kosher plant based diet, can contribute to living in a state of good health.  Also, for those who eat preservative-free meat, be sure to be aware of the fact that white meat contains less fat and calories than red meat.
