BAKED GERMAN-CHOCOLATE DROPS
Ingredients:
- 3 tablespoons cocoa,
- 1 1/2 cups shredded coconut,
- 2/3 cup dairy free half and half,
- 1/8 teaspoon salt,
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract,
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine the ingredients into a mixing bowl whilst stirring into a cookie dough
- Drop dough, per teaspoon, onto a greases cookie sheet or non stick baking sheet.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
