YOGURT & JAM ENGLISH MUFFIN SANDWICH
Ingredients
- English Muffin
- Preferred Zero Sugar Jam, and/or Low Sugar Jam,
- Kosher Yogurt [Greek Yogurt is creamy and works well, and there are many diabetic-friendly zero sugar Greek yogurt products on the market],
Directions
- Toast an English Muffin until light golden brown or until preferred perfected toast hue is reached.
- Spread a layer of jam on one or both halves of English Muffin.
- Spread a layer of yogurt on the other half and/or place a dollop of yogurt on both halves/other half.
- Combine two halves, and serve, and/or serve as an open face English Muffin sandwich.
