MONK FRUIT EXTRACT


Ingredients

  • 9 whole monk fruits
  • 2 cups of water

Directions

  1. Clean, crack, and remove the flesh of the monk fruit melon.
  2. Chop the monk fruit in 2 cups of water and simmer for approximately 30 minutes.
  3. Strain the liquid.
  4. Store in the refrigerator for immediate use and/or store in the freezer for future use.
  5. Alternatively, place the preferred amount of chopped monk fruit with the desired amount of water, and simmer for 30 minutes.
