MONK FRUIT EXTRACT
Ingredients
- 9 whole monk fruits
- 2 cups of water
Directions
- Clean, crack, and remove the flesh of the monk fruit melon.
- Chop the monk fruit in 2 cups of water and simmer for approximately 30 minutes.
- Strain the liquid.
- Store in the refrigerator for immediate use and/or store in the freezer for future use.
- Alternatively, place the preferred amount of chopped monk fruit with the desired amount of water, and simmer for 30 minutes.
