Easy Baked Haddock
Ingredients:
- 4 Haddock pieces
- Olive oil cooking spray
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- Ground salt and pepper
Directions:
- Thaw fish and pat dry with a paper towel.
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Lightly butter a 13x9x2 inch baking dish, or compatible dish. Spray fish on both sides with olive oil cooking spray. Season fish with salt and pepper.
- Coat with bread crumbs on both sides.
- Lightly spray each piece with olive oil cooking spray. Bake until the fish is thoroughly cooked, for approximately 12 to 16 minutes or until the fish easily flakes with a fork.
- Turn oven to broil and cook fish for another 2 minutes or until golden brown.
