GERMAN-CHOCOLATE WHIPPED CREAM



Ingredients:

2 cup heavy cream,

1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder,

1/4 cup stevia (sucralose ),

1 tablespoon pure vanilla,

1 tablespoon coconut extract,


Directions:

1. In a stand mixer or with a hand mixer, mix 2 cups heavy cream with the coconut extract and vanilla extract.  

2. Sift in the cocoa powder, and powdered splenda.  

3. Whip on high speed for 2 to 3 minutes; until soft peaks form. 

* Makes Approximately 4 servings.
