TAHINI DIPPING SAUCE
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice, approximately the juice of 1 medium lemon,
- 1 cup tahini,
- 1/2 cup cold water,
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt,
Directions:
1. In a small bowl, mix ingredients together, and whisk until smooth.
2. Serve at room temperature.
