FIREY SUN DRIED TOMATO OIL
Ingredients:
- 20 sun dried tomatoes, chopped,
- 4 cloves garlic,
- 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt,
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne powder,
- 4 cups extra virgin olive oil,
Supplies:
- 1 dark colored bottle, 16 ounces,
Directions:
- Place sun dried tomatoes in bottle.
- In a small bowl, puree together all of the other ingredients, and pour into bottle. Close bottle, refrigerate, and allow to marinate for 8 hours.
- Use tomato oil immediately, or store for 1 week.
