FIREY SUN DRIED TOMATO OIL


Ingredients:

  • 20 sun dried tomatoes, chopped,
  • 4 cloves garlic,
  • 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt,
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne powder,
  • 4 cups extra virgin olive oil, 

Supplies:

  • 1 dark colored bottle, 16 ounces,

Directions:

  1. Place sun dried tomatoes in bottle.
  2. In a small bowl, puree together all of the other ingredients, and pour into bottle. Close bottle, refrigerate, and allow to marinate for 8 hours. 
  3. Use tomato oil immediately, or store for 1 week.
