HAMBURGER
Ingredients:
- 1/3 ( for a thicker burger) pound to 1/4 lb. ground beef if a meat dish, or vegan ground beef if pareve,
- 1 hamburger bun,
- 1 teaspoons Dijon mustard,
- Salt and pepper to taste,
- 1 slice tomato,
- 1 slice onion,
- Small bed of lettuce,
Directions:
- Gently and evenly shape the beef into four patties. Lightly sprinkle salt and pepper to taste.
- Then, place a non-stick skillet or cast iron frying pan over medium high heat for 2 to three minutes, over brisk flame, and add a beef patty.
- Cook in skillet, for approximately 5 minutes, until a cooked crusted meat forms on one side, and flip to cook the other side of the patty for approximately 5 more minutes.
- Serve hamburger inside of a hamburger bun with the toppings listed above and/or your favorite and kosher compatible hamburger toppings; including caramelized onions, vegan cheese, avocado, mayonnaise, pastrami for a meat dish, Russian dressing, and BBQ sauce.
