FLUFFY JASMINE RICE
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups jasmine rice,
- Filtered water,
Directions:
- In a medium saucepan, place jasmine rice in the bottom of the pan.
- Pour enough filtered water over the rice to cover it by 3/4 inch, cover with a lid, and bring to a boil.
- Then, reduce heat to low, and cook for amount of time directed on the package or for as long as it takes the rice to absorb the water.
*Makes 4 servings*
